Love

If you love somebody, Let them go,
For if they return, They were always yours.
And if they don’t, They never were.
– Kahlil Gibran –

Love is strong yet delicate.
It can be broken.
To truly love is to understand this.
To be in love is to respect this.
– Stephen Packer –

Marriage is not a ritual or an end.
It is a long, intricate,
intimate dance together
and nothing matters more
than your own sense of balance
and your choice of partner.
– Amy Bloom –

Love is much like a wild rose, beautiful and calm,
But willing to draw blood in its defense.
– Mark Overby –

Love can sometimes be magic.
But magic can sometimes…
Just be an illusion.
– Javan –

I was never one to patiently pick up broken fragments
and glue them together again
and tell myself that the mended whole was as good as new.
What is broken is broken —
and I’d rather remember it as it was at its best than mend it
and see the broken places as long as I lived.
– Margaret Mitchell –

You come to love not by finding the perfect person,
But by seeing an imperfect person perfectly.
– Sam Keen –

Reading ur words about "love" ,suddenly something occurs to me —something which have some beaing on the word "love"~

"You can’t stop somebody ,…,They come into your life ,destinedly live in it. You can’t … your arms tide aroud them. The best you can help to do is to just slow down a little. Because there is no hold-on tight enough.  "

Sorry, I can’t remember the whole phrases— A mother said to her son in a film called <Try Seventeen>

I love the last one best :"There is no hold-on tight enough".
    So is the so-called "love".
Do you think so? ^_^ Just my personal opinion~~
