Avast Workstation for Ubuntu has corrupted.

 

Problem, Avast Workstation Ubuntu has corrupted after it’s own update.

“Error occurred in Avast! engine: invalid argument”

First, I try to reinstall program from avast site but it still corrupted.

then I find what to do on the internet for 2 hours and make sure it works for all of my ubuntu computer.

How to solve Avast Workstation Ubuntu has corrupted

1 Run ‘sudo sysctl kernel.shmmax’

The default should be something like 33554432.

2 Run ‘sudo sysctl -w kernel.shmmax=67108864’

I don’t know exactly what happens, but it works for me.
